Hat trick on the Street! 10% gain in 3 days, Nifty closes above 7450
The broader market out-performed the BSE headline index.
The Midcap index closed higher by over 0.6% at 10,110 and the Smallcap
index jumped 1.35% to 10,210.
Finally BSE Sensex ended with a gain of 364 points at 24,607. The BSE
Sensex opened at 24,387 touched an intra-day high of 24,641 and low of
24,383.
The NSE Nifty closed with a gain of 107 points at 7,476. The NSE Nifty opened at 7,430 hitting a high of 7,484 and low of 7,406.

Tata Steel, Vedanta, L&T, BHEL, Tata Motors, Hindalco, Dr.Reddy's,
Adani Ports and GAIL were among the gainers on NSE, whereas ZEEL, ICICI
Bank, UltraTech Cement, ITC, Lupin, HUL and NTPC were among the losers
today.
